“What does ‘Low-E’ mean?
- Low-E, also known as low emissivity glass is a reflective coating on the glass. This coating helps to hold in the heat in cold weather and keeps the heat out in hot weather. Also, low-E can help block UV rays from passing through the glass into your home.

What is a Beveled Edge?
- A beveled edge is where the edge of either a piece of glass or a mirror is cut at an angle and tapered to a specific thickness.
Can You Cut Tempered Glass?
- No, once the glass has been tempered it cannot be cut to a different size.
How can I tell if my glass is tempered or not?
- Most tempered glass will have a tempered logo located in the corner to indicate that it is tempered. If there is no logo, there is no way to tell if the glass is tempered or not.
Only one pane of glass is broken in my window, can I replace just the one broken piece?
- No, double-pane windows are composed of two pieces of glass that are sealed together creating an insulated unit. When one piece of glass breaks, it breaks the seal and the window is no longer energy-efficient. But don’t worry, we can replace the insulated unit with a new one, without having to replace the whole window.
How Long Does It Take to get new windows?
- Currently, the lead time on new windows is 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the brand of windows. For the most current lead times, please contact us.
What Brands of Windows Do You Carry?
- We carry Western Windows, Alpine, and Amsco Windows.
Do you require a deposit?
- Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all custom orders at the time of ordering. We will not order anything without a deposit. The balance is due upon delivery or at the completion of installation.
Do you offer a warranty?
- All brand-new windows come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty.
What styles of Shower Doors do you Offer?
- We carry a wide variety of framed, semi-framed, and frameless Euro shower doors. Each style is available with a hardware finish to match your style and decor.
What is the Difference Between a Framed and Frameless shower door?
- A framed shower door will have a frame surrounding the entire perimeter of the glass. A frameless shower door will not have a frame and will have heavier glass and hardware to support the weight.
Are You Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?
- Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured.
Do you do New Construction Windows?
- Yes! We see windows for new construction, remodels, additions, and replacements for existing windows. Get in touch with us today to receive a free estimate.

Are you capable of handling large commercial jobs?
- Yes, we have experience in handling commercial jobs of all sizes.
Are you willing to travel?
- Yes, we are willing to travel for commercial jobs. We have completed jobs all across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and other states. Contact us for a quote for traveling to a jobsite outside of the Logan, Utah area.

- We are a certified Kawneer Dealer, we also work with Efco and Tubelite.
Do You do your own Fabrication or do you order it?
- We do a majority of our own fabrication for commercial jobs in-house. Depending on the job/glazing system, we sometimes will order pre-fabbed glazing systems.
Do You Offer a Warranty for Your Services?
- Yes, we offer a one-year warranty from the date of completion.
How can I get a bid on my commercial project?

Do You work on replacements, remodels, or new construction?
- We work on all types of commercial projects–replacements, remodels, and new construction.
Do You Work with Storefronts and Curtainwalls?
- Yes, we work with both storefronts and curtainwalls. Whatever you need, our experienced technicians can install the right glazing system.
Are You a Kawneer Dealer?
- Yes! We are the only authorized Kawneer dealer in all of Cache Valley!
Do You Offer Board Up Services?
- In the event of an after-hours emergency, we do offer board-up services. Contact our after-hour emergency number (435) 232-2299 to get a quote and someone to come to board up your business.
